Service Description
TenderApex is an online platform which gives tender information, analytics, and consultancy. It provides tender notices obtained from publicly available platforms, organised listings based on your credentials, bid intelligence and insights, real-time alerts and notifications, along with value-added services such as bid support, GeM assistance, and documentation help.
Please note, TenderApex does not submit bids on behalf of users unless this is specifically agreed upon through a separate written consultancy agreement.
Who can use the platform?
By using TenderApex, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are accessing the platform for business or professional purposes, and that all the information you provide is accurate and complete.TenderApex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if these eligibility conditions are not met or are violated.
Account Requirements
It is mandatory for users to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be solely considered as your own. TenderApex will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.
4.1 Plans
TenderApex provides different types of plans, such as Discovery plan options, paid subscriptions, and enterprise or customized service plans. The features, usage limits, and pricing of these plans may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Payments
All payments are required to be made in advance. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless clearly mentioned. In case of non-payment or failed transactions, access to services may be suspended.
No Guarantees
TenderApex does not guarantee tender selection, bid success, contract awards, or approval of eligibility by any authority. The outcomes are dependent on several factors beyond our control, including decisions made by government bodies and the bidder's own compliance.
Information Disclaimer
Tender data on TenderApex is obtained from government portals, official publications, and other public sources. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its completeness or correctness.
Users are advised to verify all tender details directly from the original issuing authorities before proceeding with any bid. TenderApex will not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes made by the tender-issuing authorities.
Consultancy Services
The consultancy services offered by TenderApex are advisory in nature. The final decisions, actions, and submissions remain the sole responsibility of the user.TenderApex will not be held responsible for any rejection resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed submissions. For managed or assisted services, separate agreements may apply.
Prohibited Use
Users are not permitted to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute any tender data from the platform. The use of automated tools to extract content, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, or misusing it in any way is strictly prohibited. You must not use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes or share your login credentials with third parties. Any violation of these terms may lead to immediate termination of your account without any refund.
IP Ownership
All content provided on the TenderApex platform, including databases, designs, logos, and software, is owned by TenderApex. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited. Access to the platform is provided only for your internal business use and does not grant any ownership rights.
Account Actions
TenderApex holds the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in cases of misuse or policy violations. Access may also be restricted for security or legal reasons. We may refuse or discontinue services to any user at our discretion. No refunds will be provided if an account is terminated due to a breach of these terms.
Refund Terms
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise. No refunds will be provided for partial use, non-use, or early cancellation of services. Fees for consultancy services are also non-refundable once the service has been initiated. For more details, please refer to the separate Refund Policy page, if available.
Liability Limitations
TenderApex will not be responsible for any business losses, missed tender opportunities, loss of revenue, data inaccuracies, technical disruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages.If any liability arises, it will be limited to the total subscription fee paid by the user.

TenderApex may include links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. However, we do not control or endorse these external platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Unforeseen Circumstances
TenderApex will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, internet or server disruptions, and cyber-related incidents.
